Wilder Lazo Geisha L-1755
From La Dinastía in San Adolfo, Huila (1,480–1,550 masl), this Geisha is produced by Wilder Lazo together with Segundo and Heiner Lazo. Grown on a 6-hectare, it reflects Wilder’s precision agriculture approach, optimizing soil conditions to elevate cup quality.
Cherries are processed as a natural, undergoing a controlled 60-hour chilled fermentation at ~16 °C to extend fermentation while preserving clarity and structure. Drying takes place over 18 days in a marquesina.
Tasting Notes: Peach · Honey · Tropical · Papaya · Rose
The cup presents a refined and expressive profile with vibrant tropical fruit, floral elegance, and a silky sweetness.
