From La Dinastía in San Adolfo, Huila (1,480–1,550 masl), this Geisha is produced by Wilder Lazo together with Segundo and Heiner Lazo. Grown on a 6-hectare, it reflects Wilder’s precision agriculture approach, optimizing soil conditions to elevate cup quality.

This lot undergoes an extended 120-hour submerged chilled fermentation, with sealed tanks cooled using spring water to maintain low, stable temperatures. This method slows microbial activity, allowing for deeper structure and complexity without overpowering the cup. Drying is completed over 18 days in a marquesina.

Tasting Notes: Red Berries · Brown Spice · Rose · Honey

Compared to the shorter fermentation, this profile shows enhanced depth, a heavier body, and a more layered sweetness while maintaining clarity and elegance.
